3 tbl spoons mint chocolate
¾ cup milk
¼ cup water
2 tbl spoons cocoa powder
¼ tsp vanilla
1.5 oz bourbon
pinch salt
1. Melt the chocolate in a medium saucepan over low heat. Once it's melted, add all of the remaining ingredients except the bourbon. Raise the heat to medium high and cook, whisking constantly, until the mixture is smooth and beginning to bubble, 2 to 3 minutes.
2. Remove from the heat, stir in the bourbon and pour into a mug to serve.
