The Bourbon Fig & Honey
Ingredients
2.0 oz. Bourbon (we use Bulleit)
½ oz. Lemon juice (fresh)
¼ oz. Honey
1 tsp. Fig jam/preserves
2-4 drops of Vanilla extract
*Optional spring of thyme or rosemary
Glassware
Old fashioned glass or to kick it up classy, a Coupe
Method
Combine all of your ingredients in shaker with ice, then double Strain into coupe glass.
