I love the citrus / fruit flavors of the Clyde Mays whiskey's and the Cask Strength is always a huge step above their other offerings.

Nose: Very Vanilla, ripe apples, hazelnuts with oak. Finish: Long and dry with oak and red hot cinnamon candy.

There is almost no burn, but let it air/open. It’s much drier than I thought it would be from the nose. You still get that Dickel mineral.
